OnePlus has confirmed that it will announce something on March 8, although it is unclear if this date will coincide with the unveiling of new hardware or if it will act as a precursor to a launch event late this month. Either way, Evan Blass claims that OnePlus' upcoming devices will not be available until the end of March.
Specifically, Blass has stated that pre-orders for the OnePlus 9 series will go live on March 23. Based on past OnePlus launches, the company will probably have multiple pre-order dates across several markets, so March 23 may not be the date by which everyone can pre-order the OnePlus 9 or OnePlus 9 Pro. However, March 23 is likely to be the earliest pre-order date. The OnePlus Watch will be pre-orderable from that date too.

Additionally, Blass asserts that OnePlus will bundle its Buds Z earbuds with OnePlus 9 pre-orders and the Steve Harrington Edition's for those who order the OnePlus 9 Pro before launch day. There will be no pre-order incentives for the OnePlus 9R or the OnePlus Watch, though.
Separately, Max Jambor has hinted that OnePlus will release the OnePlus 9 Pro in an exclusive colour. According to Oxygen Updater, OnePlus will call this Stellar Black. The colour option will not be available on the T-Mobile variant, though. As far as we can tell, Stellar Black will have a textured and matte finish.

Ultimately, we would not be surprised if Stellar Black is nothing more than the black variant that Oppo presented with the Reno 5 Pro Plus. The same leak purports to reveal the other colours in which the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro will be available, too.
