Redmi K70 Extreme Editon: Prices set by global importers for Xiaomi's latest flagship killer
The Redmi K70 Extreme Edition is expected to be available globally later this year as the Xiaomi 14T Pro. To that end, the latter has recently been spotted on Geekbench confirming as much, full details of which we have covered separately. Based on previous Xiaomi T schedules, Xiaomi should announce new T series smartphones in late summer or early autumn. However, it has not confirmed as much yet.
In the meantime, Trading Shenzhen and Wonda Mobile are both selling the Redmi K70 Extreme Edition worldwide. Please note that while the pair have listed the device as the Redmi K70 Ultra, that name and the Redmi K70 Extreme Edition are used interchangeably. Also, both ship units with Chinese software pre-installed that may be incompatible with some banking apps and Google Wallet, as well as Android Auto.
Theoretically, it should be possible to eventually flash a global ROM on the Redmi K70 Extreme Edition though, given that its predecessor shares the same development branch as the Xiaomi 13T Pro (curr. $595 on Amazon). Regardless, the handset is currently available in five memory configurations, starting with 12 GB of RAM/256 GB of storage and rising to 24 GB of RAM/1 TB storage for its top configuration. At the time of writing, Trading Shenzhen and Wonda Mobile charge the following prices for the handset:
