The GW16 is another budget smartwatch, and one that looks surprisingly like the Huawei Watch GT 2. The device can be purchased for under US$25 and features a large touch IPS display, a thermometer, a heart rate monitor and is IP67 certified.

The GW16 is an affordable smartwatch that is available from several suppliers. Searching on AliExpress, Banggood and Gearbest reveal that at least Bakeey and Kumi sell the GW16, albeit for between US$23.99-US$29.99. All versions come with a 1.28-inch IPS panel that resolves at 240 x 240 pixels and a 220 mAh battery that supposedly lasts up to 5 days between charges.

The smartwatch is compatible with Android and iOS through the Wearfit2.0 app, which as received mediocre reviews on the Google Play and Apple App stores. The GW16 supports Bluetooth 5.0 but not GPS or ECG. However, suppliers claim that it features a thermometer, a heart rate monitor, a blood oxygen monitor and a blood pressure monitor. The smartwatch has apparently been certified for IP67 dust and water resistance too. Please bear in mind that the heart rate sensor may just be LEDs, but the GW16 still packs plenty of features for the money.

The GW16 is available with black or silver faces, along with black, orange and green silicone straps. All versions feature the same red ring around their small circular dial, though.
