Noted leaker Evan Blass has posted a promo video of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 on his Twitter account. Although the clip doesn’t show the smartwatch in its entirety, you do get a good look at its changing faces and get a rough idea of some of the utilities it will offer wearers. For instance, a weather app can be seen in one shot while in another there’s a heart symbol that likely indicates the presence of a heart-rate monitor.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, which has been leaked on various occasions and is certainly a good-looking gadget even if it does end up boasting of a potentially high price tag, is expected to be released soon. The existence of the leaked promo video (see embedded tweet below) and the NCC real-life images suggest that the Galaxy Watch 3 could even be launched this month, with July 22 already being mentioned as a possible launch date.
The Galaxy Watch 3 video also hints at message control/a notification center and obligatory smartphone connection and synchronization, which would be expected from a smartwatch of this caliber. Of course, there’s a symbol for a step counter too, a glimpse at a music player, and there is a battery charge indicator. The live photos from the NCC certification documents don’t reveal anything particularly new about the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, apart from the fact that it is ready to wear and should be on its way soon.
