Motorola has updated its Moto G series with the Moto G67 Power, having first teased the smartphone at the end of October. As expected, the Moto G67 Power combines a huge 7,000 mAh battery with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, a 4 nm chipset that Motorola already uses inside the Moto G96, Edge 60 Stylus and the Edge 50 Fusion (curr. $280 on Amazon), among others.
Additionally, the Moto G67 Power boasts a 6.7-inch IPS display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Resolving at 2,400 x 1,080 pixels with a 391 PPI and an 85.97% screen-to-body ratio, the large display also delivers a 120 Hz refresh rate but with no mention of peak brightness values. Nonetheless, Motorola does include a 32 MP and f/2.2 front-facing camera with a 0.7 μm pixel size.
Moreover, the Moto G67 Power features 50 MP (Sony LYT-600) primary and 8 MP ultra-wide-angle cameras within an IP64 dust and water-resistant housing that weighs 210 g and measures 166.2 x 77.5 x 8.6 mm. Unfortunately, Motorola is only committing to updating the handset until Android 16 with three years of security patch updates. As expected, the new model comes in a choice of Pantone-certified colour options too, which the latter calls Blue Curacao, Cilantro and Parachute Purple.
The Moto G67 Power retails for INR 18,999 (~$214) with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. However, both Flipkart and Motorola have discounted the handset to INR 15,999 (~$181) for a 15% saving at launch. All mention of a higher capacity 256 GB storage SKU has been removed from Motorola's website, though. The company has not offered any hints about global availability yet, either.
