Mechanike has shared initial benchmark results for the Arc A730M, one of several laptop GPUs that Intel has introduced so far. Incidentally, we have also performance data for the Arc A770M, a more powerful alternative to the Arc A730M. For reference, the Arc A770M benchmark results relate to a card with a 120 W TGP, 30 W lower than its maximum configuration.
Unfortunately, Mechanike has not provided TGP details for the Arc A730M, although the 3DMark Time Spy result confirms the GPU's pairing with the Intel Core i7-12700H. Regardless, the Arc A730M's score of 10,107 in 3DMark Time Spy puts it a few hundred points shy of the RTX 3070 Ti and ahead of the RTX 3070. Similarly, the Arc A730M outscores the Radeon RX 6700M but is over 1,000 points behind the Radeon RX 6800M.
By contrast, the Arc A370M falls short of said graphics cards in 3DMark Fire Strike. The same is true of the Arc A770M, which also scores approximately 23,000 points. At this stage, we would recommend treating these results with caution, not least because they are a limited data set. However, the Arc A770M has eight additional Xe cores than the Arc A730M, so it should get much closer to the RTX 3070, and Radeon RX 6700M, than Mechanike's results suggest.
