Insta360 Flow Pro: New smartphone camera gimbal pictured in early leaks as future DJI Osmo Mobile rival
Leaker @Quadro_News has provided a first look at the Insta360 Flow Pro, two months after The Tech Outlook spotted the device on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group's (Bluetooth SIG) database. For context, Insta360 has released numerous devices this year. Most recently, the company presented the Go 3S, a modest upgrade on the Go 3 that it presented a year earlier.
Similarly, it seems that the Flow Pro will incrementally build on the Flow (curr. $146 on Amazon), which Insta360 announced just over 15 months ago. For now, @Quadro_News has leaked three Insta360 Flow Pro images, albeit without any accompanying specifications. Visually, the Flow and Flow Pro look visually identical, save for the inclusion of an LED ring at the gimbal's base.
Theoretically, there are multiple use cases for this LED ring, including as a battery life estimate for the gimbal itself or to denote when a recording is active. Specifics remain unknown for now though, including a release date or pricing. With that being said, we imagine that @Quadro_News will soon provide more information soon, given that he has produced official-looking render and promotional images.
