Earlier this year, LG showcased its first WOLED panel that could opeate at 1440p and 480 Hz simultaneously. While the company has commented on the panel since, Cooler Master has revealed that the panel will be available later this year in the GZ2713 for $1,099.

A few months have passed since LG previewed what it described as the 'industry's first 480Hz QHD gaming OLED display'. For context, LG now sells the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE, another 480 Hz OLED gaming monitor. However, the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE can only deliver 480 Hz gaming at 1080p. Thus, the unnamed UltraGear OLED monitor surpasses the speed of the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE at higher resolutions and the ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP by extension.

Unfortunately, LG has not discussed the monitor since. Nonetheless, Cooler Master has filled in a few gaps about the new panel and its prospective availability. According to TFTCentral, Cooler Master will offer this panel in the GZ2713, a successor to last year's Tempest GZ2711. Hence, the GZ2713 outputs at 2,560 x 1,440 pixels and 480 Hz across a 27-inch panel.

Additionally, TFTCentral claims that the GZ2713 will enter mass production in May or June 2024 with a view to a Q3 or Q4 release. Moreover, the monitor should deliver 0.03 ms GtG response times and LG Display's Micro Lens Array (MLA). On top of that, TFTCentral alleges that the GZ2713 will be available for $1,099, which would make it $200 more expensive than the Tempest GZ2711 (curr. $899.99 on Amazon).
