Lenovo has been offering the Slim 7i Aura Edition (curr. $1,199.99 on Amazon) for a while now with Intel Lunar Lake processors. Now, the company has decided to complement the 15-inch laptop with a few smaller alternatives, one of which it will begin selling later this year as the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition. As its name suggests, the device can be used in laptop, tablet and tent modes like almost every other 2-in-1.
However, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition also contains a VRR-capable OLED display, which outputs at 2.8K, 120 Hz refresh rate and 1,100 nits in a 16:10 aspect ratio with 100% P3 colour space coverage. On top of that, Lenovo has included up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor, 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage and a 75 Wh battery. Furthermore, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition boasts 1.5 mm key travel and quad 2 W speakers backed by Dolby Atmos.
For reference, the laptop weighs as little as 1.32 kg while measuring 316 x 220 x 15.9 mm. According to Lenovo, the laptop will be available next month in the US with a starting price of $1,599. Likewise, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition will reach Europe at the end of February but for €1,899.
