Lenovo has introduced a bunch of new products at CES 2025. Among all of them is the LOQ 17IRX10, which is the first 17-inch gaming laptop in the series. For those unfamiliar with the lineup, it's primarily a slightly less premium version of the Legion series, offering affordable options with decent specs.
As for the Lenovo LOQ 17IRX10, the company didn't share much about it. However, the press material confirms that the gaming laptop can be equipped with up to the Intel Core i7 14650HX, meaning that it's missing out on the Arrow Lake HX upgrade that its Legion cousins have seen.
When it comes to the GPU, Lenovo says that the LOQ 17 can be equipped with up to an Nvidia RTX 5070. While there's no confirmation about the other GPU options, it will presumably be available with the slightly lower-end RTX 5060 as well, which could make it a great pick for gamers on a budget.
There's no word on the other specs of the gaming laptop either. However, given that the past Lenovo LOQ products came with 1080p IPS panels, the same might be applicable to this new 17-inch gaming laptop. Lenovo, however, mentioned that it will be available in Europe in June 2025 with a starting price tag of €1,199 (around $1,243).
