Teclast T50 Pro: New 11-inch and 2K tablet debuts with Android 13 for under US$180
Teclast has announced the T50 Pro, its latest Android tablet. As its name suggests, the T50 Pro serves as a more premium option to the T50, which we reviewed earlier this year. While the T50 Pro appears to retain its sibling's 11-inch IPS and 2,000 x 1,200-pixel display, it should offer better performance than the regular T50.
Specifically, Teclast equips the T50 Pro with the MediaTek Helio G99, eschewing the Unisoc Tiger T616 in the T50. According to our database, the Helio G99 is approximately 1.33x as powerful as the Unisoc Tiger T616. Teclast also includes 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 flash storage, along with a Micro SD card reader that supports up to 1 TB memory expansion. Meanwhile, an 8,000 mAh battery underpins the tablet, which it can recharge at up to 18 W via its USB Type-C port.
Elsewhere, the T50 Pro has four speakers, an 8 MP front-facing camera and two 20 MP rear-facing lenses. Furthermore, the T50 Pro relies on Android 13 and provides cellular connectivity via a single nano SIM card slot. Currently, the 7.5 mm and 480 g tablet is available for US$179.99 on Teclast's AliExpress store. Please see Teclast's website for more details.
