Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra join Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy S24 FE in receiving One UI 7 updates
Samsung has released another set of stable One UI 7 updates to older devices, having hit several bumps in the road early on. To recap, initial One UI 7 builds were found to be shipping with a bug that prevented some Galaxy S24 series devices from locking correctly. As a result, Samsung suspended the rollout of its Android 15-based update before returning with fixed builds.
Now, it has started upgrading the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra to its latest smartphone operating system, which have been joined by the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy Z Fold3 that Samsung released the same year. Incidentally, the Galaxy S21 series has received One UI 7 slightly ahead of schedule, which should have now landed in South Korea bearing the build number G99xNKSU8HYD9.
Likewise, Samsung has begun distributing One UI 7 in its home market to the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy Z Fold3 with the build numbers F711NKSU8KYD9 and F926NKSU7KYD9, respectively. On top of that, One UI 7 is slowly reaching the Galaxy S24 FE (curr. $499 on Amazon) too starting in India.
