Xiaomi's official MIUI 12.5 device list is rather lacklustre; only eighteen devices are confirmed to receive the OS update so far. Reportedly, Xiaomi is testing MIUI 12.5 on over three dozen handsets, including the Mi 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro.

It should not be too long before Xiaomi begins rolling out MIUI 12.5 to devices globally. Earlier this year, it stated that eighteen devices would receive MIUI 12.5 from late Q2 2021, including two POCO handsets. The wording of Xiaomi's release schedule implied that five of these devices would move up to MIUI 12.5 in April or May, albeit only recent flagships from its Mi series.

However, Xiaomi & MIUI News asserts that Xiaomi plans to bring MIUI 12.5 to many more devices than the eighteen that have already been confirmed. Unsurprisingly, the recently-released Mi 11 Ultra and Redmi K40 series will be some of the next devices to receive MIUI 12.5. Apparently, Xiaomi has already finalised a stable release build for these four, while another thirty-four are at Xiaomi's Stable Beta testing phase.

It is unclear when Xiaomi will begin rolling out MIUI 12.5 to some of these devices listed below, mind you. The Mi Mix 3 should be eligible for MIUI 12.5 too, although Xiaomi's software support for its former flagship would imply otherwise. Nonetheless, past MIUI rollouts suggest that Xiaomi eventually expanded beyond the forty-three shown below. The devices that Xiaomi & MIUI News claims are undergoing MIUI 12.5 testing currently are as follows:
