Barely any time has passed since the first images of the Galaxy Watch FE leaked online. Nonetheless, the reliable @MysteryLupin has been able to find out more details about the launch and price of Samsung's first 'FE' branded smartwatch. In short, the Galaxy Watch FE is a reworked Galaxy Watch4 (curr. $139.99 on Amazon), complete with all the limitations that Samsung has sought to resolve on subsequent Galaxy Watch generations.
As such, it should come as no surprise to learn that Samsung will be literally giving the Galaxy Watch FE away in some instances. Specifically, Samsung plans to offer a complimentary Galaxy Watch FE with all Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra purchases on Orange or VOO cellular networks in France. With that being said, it remains unclear whether this promotion will be available in other markets.
Based on previous rumours, it seemed that Samsung would introduce the Galaxy Watch FE in early July with the Galaxy Watch7 series and Galaxy Watch Ultra .However, the terms and conditions of the promotion below suggest that the Galaxy Watch FE will land in a few days. Thus, Samsung may unveil the Galaxy Watch FE by press release instead, as it has done earlier today with the release of its new Odyssey OLED G8 gaming monitor. Seemingly, Samsung plans to offer the Galaxy Watch FE across Europe for between €199 and €219, hardly undercutting the Galaxy Watch6 in the process.
