More specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch7 seem to have been revealed. The information appeared in leaked images that look like an unreleased version of the Samsung website, providing many new details on the smartwatches.
The screenshots shared by Android Headlines indicate that the Galaxy Watch7 will be offered in two sizes, 40 and 44 mm, and two colors, green and cream. The smartwatches will use Armor Aluminum 2 and a Sapphire crystal display, with the same peak brightness as the Galaxy Watch6 at 2,000 nits. The wearables are rated as IP68 and 5ATM dust and water-resistant and come with the MIL-STD-810H certification. The batteries remain the same as the previous generation, with a 300mAh power pack for the 40mm watch and a larger 425mAh battery for the 44mm model; it is unclear whether the runtime has increased.
The smaller 3nm processor, thought to be the Exynos W100, has been confirmed, and storage has doubled to 32GB. Other rumored features include upgraded wireless charging and non-invasive blood sugar monitoring. The pricing of the smartwatches remains to be seen. It could be that the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 could be officially announced at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event taking place on July 10th. The leaked images also reveal details of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.
