Only a few days have passed since Aoostar joined the AMD Strix Halo party with the Nex395. Available in China for over $2,000 at current exchange rates, the Nex395 joins the likes of the GMKtec EVO-X2 and Minisforum MS-S1 Max (curr. $2,899.99 on Amazon) in leveraging the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and its powerful Radeon 8060S iGPU.
Mirroring those pair that we have already reviewed, Aoostar has now confirmed that the Nex395 will be available globally. Seemingly, the device will be offered outside China with the same hardware as its initial release. However, it appears that Aoostar will sell the device internationally as the 'Nex 395' rather than the Nex395.
Additionally, Aoostar mentions 'Granmaster Posture', although it is unclear what the company means by this yet. Regardless, the device will be available with a Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and its 16 Zen 5 CPU cores. Unfortunately, global launch pricing and availability remain unknown for now. Instead, Aoostar only suggests that the Nex 395 is 'coming soon'. Based on past behaviour, Aoostar could release the Nex 395 globally before the end of the year.
