Lem X: An affordable smartwatch with GPS, LTE and 16 GB of storage
We have already reported several times about devices from Lemfo, which tends to sell budget smartwatches on retailers like AliExpress. The Lem X is one of its latest products, and it packs plenty of features for its US$109.99 list price.
Lemfo has based the Lem X on Android 7.1 Nougat, which it powers with a MediaTek MT6739 SoC and 1 GB of RAM. There is also 16 GB of storage, should you wish to download apps from the Play Store or store music offline. Naturally, the Lem X supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but it also has an LTE modem and built-in GPS.
Moreover, Lemfo has equipped the device with a 2.03-inch display (640 x 590 pixels) and an 8 MP camera. The manufacturer also claims that the smartwatch is IP67 certified against dust and water, but this is not high enough to wear it while swimming. Lemfo claims that the Lem X has a 900 mAh battery too, which is relatively large for a smartwatch of its size.
The Lemfo Lem X is available to order on AliExpress, where its ships from China. The company also offers the Lem X with a screen protector, an extra charger or a spare watch strap.
