Last month, Ross Young of DSCC alleged that Apple plans to revisit the iPhone SE once again, albeit not until next year. However, Young also added that Apple would release another model in 2023 with a punch-hole front-facing camera.
In view of that, @aaple_lab has put together renders of what an iPhone SE (2023) could look like. Please note that these are concept renders, even if they are based on rumours. It seems that @aaple_lab has also incorporated rumours about the iPhone 13 series, insofar as Apple plans to move the earpiece to within the frame this year.

So far, Apple has re-used previous iPhones for iPhone SE models. Apple may not necessarily re-use older iPhones for future iPhone SEs, but we have no reason to believe that they will not, either. Correspondingly, it seems unlikely that it will release its first iPhone with a punch-hole front-facing camera with the iPhone SE (2023).
Instead, it would seem more likely for Apple to bring this technology to a future iPhone before it arrives on an SE. Hence, we suspect that this iPhone SE (2023) will only come to fruition if Apple releases an equivalent-looking iPhone next year.
