The Yaber K300s is now available to purchase, seven months or so after it started offering the T2 (curr. $284.99 on Amazon) and T2 Plus globally. For reference, the K300s debuted earlier this month with the promise of simple positioning thanks to automatic focus and keystone correction.
Not only is the K300s capable of that, but it can also create up to 100-inch projections from as little as 24.8 cm away thanks to a 0.18:1 throw ratio. The K300s is said to deliver up to 1,000 ANSI Lumens too, courtesy of its triple RGB laser array. Yaber states that the triple laser also provides 150% NTSC colour space coverage, a 1,500:1 contrast ratio and a native 1080p output.
Moreover, it boasts that the projector features 15 W JBL-tuned speakers, which project out the front of the unit. While specifications remain unchanged from earlier this month, Yaber has adjusted its pricing somewhat. As we noted at the time, the company had listed the K300s at $1,000 with a $1,200 MSRP.
Inexplicably, the projector now starts at $1,149.99, just $50 shy of its original MSRP. The K300s will eventually cost $1,379.99 too, although it is unclear whether this increase will kick in after January 25, which is the date when the coupon code VIPK300S8 expires. Incidentally, this coupon code reduces the K300s to $1,058 for a total discount of $321.99 on its new MSRP. Please see Yaber's website for more details.
