The TCL Ffalcon Thunderbird Crane 6 25 Mini LED TVs have been launched in China. The model comes in four sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 85-inch. This is a 4K TV with a 3,840 x 2,160 px resolution and a native 144 Hz refresh rate. The three larger models also have a 288 Hz VRR game accelerator, as seen on the TCL QM6K.
Each of the four Thunderbird Crane 6 25 TVs has 144, 224, 300 and 352 backlight partitions, respectively, with the smaller two listed with up to 1,000 nits brightness and the larger two 1,300 nits. According to TCL, the model covers 94% of the DCI-P3 color space and supports Imax Enhanced, Dolby Vision and HDR 10+. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 6, allowing you to wireless cast via Miracast. You can physically connect gadgets via ports including HDMI 2.1, and gaming features include Game Bar and ALLM. On top of this, there is a built-in 2.1-channel sound system compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
TCL is selling the Ffalcon Thunderbird Crane 6 25 Mini LED TVs in China via retailers like JD.com, with prices ranging from CNY 2,599 (~$355) for the 55-inch to CNY 5,399 (~$738) for the 85-inch model.
