Latest Epic Games Store free game giveaway now available globally
Today is the day when the Epic Games Store refreshes its free game of the week giveaway. For context, it remains possible to download Football Manager 2024 and Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts for free until 15:00 UTC today. After that point though, the storefront will pivot to a pair of new games, one of which has only just been released on PC.
Specifically, Epic Games has decided to give Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland its free game-of-the-week treatment. Not available until early December in physical form on the Nintendo Switch and the PlayStation 5 (curr. $39.99 on Amazon), Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland is a 2D side-scroller that allows you to play as one of four core characters. Additionally, the game features a local co-op mode and unique character abilities.

Moreover, these characters can be switched on the fly. Furthermore, Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland has HD and NES modes, the latter of which can be augmented with a CRT filter. Incidentally, the game's developers designed the game as an NES title first, which explains the inclusion of only six levels.
On top of that, this week's giveaway also includes Super Crazy Rhythm Castle for a combined value of $79.98. Billed as a chaotic rhythm adventure, Super Crazy Rhythm Castle is an action-adventure puzzle title that supports single-player, co-op and online multiplayer modes. Please see Epic Games' Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland and Super Crazy Rhythm Castle store listings for more details.
