Samsung is not expected to replace its initial Galaxy S25 flagships for a while yet. As it stands, the company is believed to have settled on February 25 as the launch date for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. With that being said, leakers do not anticipate Samsung replacing the Galaxy S25 Edge any time soon (curr. $799 on Amazon).
While leaked promotional materials for the Galaxy S26 series are yet to emerge, details of potential colour options have surfaced online in the last few days. For instance, evidence indicated that Samsung had created four finishes for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which were referred to as Black Shadow, White Shadow, Galactial Blue and Ultraviolet. According to Evan Blass, these names were not quite accurate.
Writing on X, the leaker reports that Samsung will simply market Black Shadow and White Shadow as Black and White, respectively. Meanwhile, Blass mentions Cobalt Violet and Sky Blue, which would appear to be what previous leaks called Ultraviolet and Galacticial Blue. Blass adds that Silver Shadow and Pink Gold are coming as well to bring the total number of colours to six. Given past performance, we suspect that Samsung will sell at least a few of these as Online Exclusives that are only available through its website.
