MagyarOppo Find X6 Pro launches with 1-inch camera and new ultra-bright display
Oppo has unveiled the Find X6 Pro, its latest premier smartphone. Like the Find X6, the Find X6 Pro is noticeably larger than its predecessor. Specifically, the Find X6 Pro measures 164.8 x 76.2 x 9.1 mm, or 9.5 mm in the case of its leather edition. For reference, while the leather edition weighs 216 g, glass versions weigh 218 g. In comparison, the Find X5 Pro measures 163.7 x 73.9 x 8.5/8.8 mm and weighs 195 g or 218 g.
As expected, the Find X6 Pro features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which Oppo complements with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage. Surprisingly, there is no MediaTek Dimensity edition, as leaks suggested there would be. Elsewhere, the device has a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a 3,168 x 1,440-pixel native resolution, 2,500 nits peak brightness and a 1-120 Hz variable refresh rate.
A 5,000 mAh battery returns, as does 50 W wireless and 10 W reverse wireless charging. However, Oppo has upped wired charging capabilities from 80 W to 100 W. Moreover, Oppo has equipped the Find X6 Pro with a 1-inch primary camera that resolves at 50 MP with 1.6 µm pixels, as well as the same 50 MP and 2.8x zoom telephoto camera as the Find X6. The Find X6 Pro's ultra-wide-angle and front-facing cameras remain unchanged from the Find X5 Pro.
The Find X6 Pro starts at CNY 5,999 (~US$872) with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, CNY 1,500 (~US$218) more than the Find X6. Also, the Find X6 Pro is available with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of storage for CNY 6,499 (~US$945) and CNY 6,999 (~US$1,018), respectively. Currently, Oppo is not expected to offer the Find X6 Pro globally, leaving no direct Find X5 Pro successor outside China.
