Oppo has unveiled its latest flagship tablet, which may look familiar to OnePlus fans. Effectively a OnePlus Pad in different colours, the Oppo Pad 2 launches with the Oppo Pencil 2, as well as a new keyboard cover.

Oppo has announced the Pad 2 in China alongside the Find X6 and Find X6 Pro. In short, the Oppo Pad 2 is a re-branded OnePlus Pad, which debuted last month. As such, the Oppo Pad 2 measures 258 x 189.4 x 6.5 mm and weighs 552 g. Additionally, the tablet has an 11.61-inch IPS display that outputs at 2,000 x 2,800 pixels, 144 Hz and 500 nits.

Moreover, the Oppo Pad 2 relies on the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset, which features an ARM Cortex-X2 prime core, three Cortex-A710 cores clocked at 2.85 GHz, four Cortex-A510 cores restricted to 1.8 GHz and a Mali-G710 MC10 GPU. Oppo complements the last-generation flagship chipset with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage, as well as a 9,510 mAh battery that supports 67 W SuperVOOC fast charging.

Furthermore, the tablet has 8 MP front-facing and 13 MP rear-facing cameras. Oppo will begin selling the Pad 2 in China on March 24 with two memory options. At launch, the tablet will cost CNY 2,999 (~US$436) with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, or CNY 3,999 (~US$581) with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Oppo will also sell the Pencil 2 and a new keyboard case separately. It remains to be seen whether Oppo will sell the Pad 2 and its accessories in other markets, though.
