OnePlus dedicated its first ever Blind Sales for the North American and European markets to its new Pad, which, as the device is the brand's tablet, was kind of appropriate. The company claims to have successfully completed the events with all units sold, without even disclosing their price once.
However, the Pad's final cost at retail is now out there: US$479, CA$649 or €499 for a SKU with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage in the tablet's single Halo Green colorway. For those who find this a reasonable price for the first-gen Dimensity 9000-powered device but were unwilling to take a chance on reserving it, another shot at owning one is coming up.
OnePlus has announced that the Pad will be back up to pre-order via its website from April 28, 2023. It will be offered with yet more "gifts" (not necessarily those specified during the Blind Sale), a free trial of YouTube Premium and an offer of up to 30% off additional accessories such as the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 (currently US$179 on Amazon).
