Alldocube has begun offering the GTBook 13, an Intel Celeron N5100-powered laptop with a 3K display. The GTBook 13 also has plenty of ports, a metal chassis and weighs in at 1.3 kg.

Alldocube has started selling the GTBook 13, a compact and affordable laptop with a high-resolution display. Like with other Alldocube machines, the GTBook 13 has a low-powered processor, although it is at least a current generation part. For reference, the GTBook 13 measures 302 x 217 x 16 mm and weighs 1.3 kg.

Additionally, Alldocube has equipped the GTBook 13 with the Intel Celeron N5100, a 10 nm processor with four cores, four threads, a 2.8 GHz peak CPU clock speed and Intel UHD Graphics that operate between 350-800 MHz. Also, the GTBook 13 has 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a 256 GB SSD. Unfortunately, it is unclear whether either of these components are upgradeable. While Alldocube's marketing material implies that these are socketed components, Alldocube suggests expanding the machine's 256 GB SSD with up to a 128 GB microSD card.

Arguably the star of the show is the 13.5-inch IPS display, which has a 3:2 aspect ratio. Moreover, the panel operates at 3,000 x 2,000 pixels with a 268 PPI density, which is a much higher resolution than most competing laptops offer. Incidentally, Alldocube has included two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a single USB Type-C connection, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a 12 V DC charging connection for its 16,000 mAh battery.

Currently, Alldocube offers the GTBook 13 through AliExpress for US$356.49 with no restrictions. Alternatively, the company is selling up to 100 units for US$319.99 on Banggood, followed by a further 150 units at US$339.99. Finally, the GTBook 13 will retail for US$359.99 on Banggood, presumably after pre-orders begin shipping on June 19.
