Samsung has only just released the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra (curr. $1,299.99 on Amazon). Nonetheless, attention has now turned to its next raft of foldables, which are set to launch this summer.
The jury is currently out as to how many devices Samsung will introduce during its annual foldable event. Based on recent rumours, the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 could be joined by a cheaper Galaxy Z Flip FE, as well as the first Galaxy Z tri-fold.
While the state of these two foldables remains unclear for now, pricing is alleged to be remaining unchanged for the standard Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip. In other words, this should see the Galaxy Z Fold7 arriving with a $1,899.99 starting price in the US but €1,999 in the Eurozone. By contrast, the Galaxy Z Flip7 would cost at least $1,099 and €1,999, presumably with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Design changes are anticipated this time around, at least on the larger Galaxy Z Fold. For example, Samsung is reputed to have adopted the form factor showcased on last year's Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, available in China as the Samsung W25. Neither the Galaxy Z Fold7 or Galaxy Z Flip7 are expected to adopt titanium frames though, which appears set to remain a Galaxy S Ultra exclusive for at least another generation.
