The launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra is not expected to occur until March 2026. A month before the first anniversary of the X200 Ultra, this release window could occur less than a month after Samsung replaces the Galaxy S25 Ultra (curr. $1,049 on Amazon) globally. In the meantime, Vivo's next high-end smartphone has appeared on China's Quality Certification Center (CQC) database.
As the screenshot below shows, the CQC does not refer to the V2536A by its retail name despite confirming it as a Vivo smartphone. Nonetheless, V2536A is currently thought to be the model number behind the X300 Ultra. To that end, the charging speeds reported indicate that the V2536A is a high-end smartphone.
Specifically, the device supports 100 W wired charging using USB PPS at 20V/5A. In other words, the X300 Ultra will likely support Vivo's FlashCharge system, which is rumoured to complement a circa 7,000 mAh battery. Other apparent highlights of the X300 Ultra include a Sony Lytia-901 camera sensor with a 200 MP native output, too.
In short, the X300 Ultra should provide a few more watts to its battery than the X200 Ultra that tops out at 90 W. However, a capacity increase of more than 1,000 mAh will likely offset any charging speed increases. Reportedly, the Vivo X300 Ultra is set to receive a global release too, unlike its predecessor. International release details remain unknown for now, though.
