Vivo launched the X300 and X300 Pro earlier in December, and attention of the brand's fans is already shifting to the X300 Ultra, which is expected to arrive soon. As is typical for major phone launches, early leaks have started to surface online, offering a first look at some of the phone’s key specifications.
The latest leak comes from Digital Chat Station, who claims the Vivo X300 Ultra will use a flat 6.82-inch BOE LTPO OLED display with a "2K" resolution. If accurate, this would mark a shift away from the curved panels used on the X200 Ultra.
The phone is also said to use a flat metal frame and will reportedly drop the camera button that was introduced on the X200 Ultra. The rear camera module is expected to keep a familiar design, although the placement of the periscope telephoto sensor has been changed.
On the performance side, Vivo's X300 Ultra is tipped to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It is also rumored to feature two 200MP rear cameras and a battery rated above 7,000mAh. Current reports point to a launch in the first quarter of 2026, with the phone expected to receive a global release, unlike the X200 Ultra, which remained limited to select markets.
