New OnePlus 10 Pro renders confirm Hasselblad partnership as possible release date emerges
OnLeaks and Zouton have published more OnePlus 10 Pro renders, having published their first set earlier this month. According to OnLeaks, the OnePlus 10 Pro measures 163 x 73.8 x 8.5 mm, making it approximately the same size as its predecessor. Likewise, the OnePlus 10 Pro is thought to feature a 6.7-inch display. In fact, the OnePlus 10 Pro's front is almost indistinguishable from the OnePlus 9 Pro's.
These new renders posit that the OnePlus 10 Pro will debut in two colours with matching frames. They also include Hasselblad branding, a nod to the OnePlus and Hasselblad's partnership that started with the OnePlus 9 series. Hopefully, the partnership produces something more tangible than this year's efforts, though.
Incidentally, 91mobiles claims to have received information about the OnePlus 10 Pro's release date. Reputedly, OnePlus plans to announce its next flagship 'by late January or early February', just before Samsung's expected Galaxy S22 series announcement. Additionally, a late January release date would fall during the same month as the Xiaomi 12's expected release date.
The OnePlus 10 Pro is believed to utilise Qualcomm's next-generation SoC, now rumoured to be called the Snapdragon 8 Gen1. Reportedly, test devices have already made their way out of OnePlus' offices.
