The TrimUI Brick is a new retro gaming handheld that mimics classic Game Boy designs. Equipped with a 768p display and built-in storage, the TrimUI Brick is now available for as little as $49.99 in four fetching colour options.

TrimUI's latest gaming handheld is now available more readily, having landed at a few retailers earlier this year. For reference, the TrimUI Brick follows on from the Smart Pro (curr. $94.99 on Amazon), which was difficult to come across until the start of the year.

Also, while the TrimUI Brick is still available on Amazon, the seller there is charging significantly more than Powkiddy is on its webstore. Added to that, Powkiddy is also stocking the TrimUI Brick in the two additional colour options that surfaced last month. In other words, the device now comes in four colours, which are sold simply as: black, red, purple and white.

Please note that Powkiddy warns it does not have much stock of black and white colours. Moreover, it stresses that it will not begin shipping the new purple or red colours until early December. Nonetheless, all colours retail for $59.99 and drop to $49.99 when applying coupon code POWKIDDYLOVE. In summary, the TrimUI Brick features the following hardware within a 109.9 x 73.2 x 19.99 and 159 g housing constructed of ABS plastic:

  • Allwinner A133P chipset
  • 1 GB LPDDR3 RAM
  • 8 GB eMMC flash storage
  • 3.2-inch IPS display, 1,024 x 768 pixels
  • Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity
  • 3,000 mAh battery
