Anbernic RG406H: New pocketable gaming handheld spotted before global release
One of Anbernic's forthcoming gaming handhelds has surfaced again online on its way to an inevitable global release. Specifically, the likes of NITTRX have come across new photos of the RG406H, which first appeared online in late October.
This time, someone has shared photos of the unreleased device from the front, back and with its display switched on. In short, the RG406H resembles RG CubeXX that landed almost a month ago. However, it should perform about as well as the RG Cube and the RG406V (curr. $229.99 on Amazon) upon which the RG406H is based.

Details here
As one image below shows, Anbernic has equipped the RG406H with a 5,000 mAh Li-Po battery (3.8 V) that supports 10 W charging. Thus, the device will match the RG406V in this regard. Additionally, the same image reveals that Anbernic has included rear-mounted ergonomic grips, deep triggers and two vents for the RG406H's small cooling solution.
On top of that, RGB lighting will return, as will the oversized d-pad from the RG Cube. Please note that while Anbernic installs a 1:1 display inside the RG Cube, the RG406H should arrive with a 4:3 and 4-inch display from September's RG406V. Presumably, Anbernic will officially introduce the RG406H later this month with an unchanged Unisoc T820 chipset too.
