Corsair has announced a new edition in its One series of gaming PCs. Visually, the One i300 resembles the One a200 and One i200, but Corsair has made some substantial upgrades internally. Specifically, Corsair offers the One i300 with a Core i9-12900K, currently Intel's most powerful Alder Lake processor. For reference, the Core i9-12900K has 16 cores, a 125 W TDP and can boost to 5.2 GHz.
Additionally, Corsair allows people to configure the One i300 with 32 GB or 64 GB of DDR5 RAM. According to Corsair's website, it will include 4,800 MHz RAM if you choose 32 GB, and 4,400 MHz if you opt for 64 GB. The company only allows people to select a 2 TB M.2 NVMe SSD and a Windows 11 Pro licence, too. Additionally, you can configure the One i300 with either an RTX 3080 or RTX 3080 Ti. All components are cooled by a liquid cooling system, unsurprising considering that the One i300 is a 12 litre-machine.
The Corsair One i300 starts at US$3,999 with a Core i9-12900K, 32 GB of RAM, a 2 TB SSD and an RTX 3080. Oddly, Corsair only allows people to configure the machine with 64 GB of RAM if they have chosen an RTX 3080. As a result, the One i300 with an RTX 3080 can cost more than the sole RTX 3080 Ti configuration. The latter costs US$4,699.99 before taxes, while the former comes in at US$4,999.99.
