Google Pixel 7a: Latest leaked official images show new smartphone in three launch colours
@OnLeaks and MySmartPrice have collaborated again to deliver promotional images of the Pixel 7a in what they claim are the device's launch colours. For reference, the three shown match an earlier leak courtesy of WinFuture. However, Google may have even more colours planned, based on a more recent leak.
Regardless, @OnLeaks and MySmartPrice have shown the Pixel 7a in Arctic Blue, Carbon and Cotton colourways. On the one hand, the Pixel 7a is hard to tell apart from the Pixel 7 in Snow, with the pair sharing the same hue and brushed silver frame accents. On the other hand, the Pixel 7a's darker option is a touch lighter than the 'Obsidian' in which the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are available.
Arguably, Arctic Blue is the most surprising colour option of the three. Replacing 'Sage' for the Pixel 6a, Arctic Blue will be the first blue Google Pixel colour option since 2016 with the original Pixel series and 'Really Blue'. The Pixel 7a should get much closer to the Pixel 7 than the Pixel 6a did to the Pixel 6, with a 90 Hz display and wireless charging support, among other changes like a Google Tensor G2 chipset. The Pixel 7a is expected to debut next month during Google's I/O 2023 keynote, where the company may also release the Pixel Fold and the Pixel Tablet, among other devices.
