One Mix 3s and One Mix 3s Platinum Edition listings go live, latter to feature a Core i7-8500Y processor

So, it seems that One Netbook has another ace up its sleeve. We previously reported that the company was preparing to release a One Mix 3s alongside the One Mix 3, the latter of which you can preorder on websites like Gearbest and Geekbuying. Two new listings on JD.com, the largest retailer in China, point towards One Netbook bringing a more expensive variant of the One Mix 3s to market too.

Enter the One Mix 3s Platinum Edition. The device will feature an Intel Core i7-8500Y processor instead of the Core m3-8100Y that One Netbook is using in the One Mix 3s and One Mix 3. Previous information purported that the One Mix 3s would come with a Core i5-8200Y, but that no longer seems to be the case. The Core i7-8500Y operates at higher clock speeds than the Core m3-8100Y and features the UHD Graphics 617, which is a slightly higher clocked version of the UHD Graphics 615 integrated within the Core m3-8100Y. The latter has a 1 W higher maximum TDP though.

All models will come with an 8.4-inch 2K display, an 8,600 mAh battery and will have a backlit keyboard along with a 360° hinge. The base model will have a spare M.2 SSD slot though, which One Netbook will not include on the 3s or 3s Platinum Edition.
