The ultra-mobile PC (UMPC) market is hotting up again. GPD is set to launch the Pocket 2 Max and the Win Max later this year, while Chuwi is bringing the iLife NG08 to market as the Chuwi MiniBook too. Now, One-netbook has released the specifications and teaser photos of its latest UMPC, the One Mix 3.

One-netbook is currently keeping the design of the One Mix 3 under wraps but has confirmed that it will feature the following:

  • Processor: Intel Core m3-8100Y
  • GPU: Intel UHD 615
  • RAM: 8 GB LPDDR3
  • Storage: 256 GB or 512 GB PCIe NVMe - additional M.2 SATA port for up to 2 TB SSDs
  • Battery: 8,600 mAh (5/9/12 V charging)

  • Dimensions: 204 x 129 x 14.9 mm (8 x 5.1 x 0.59-inches)

The One Mix 3 will also support 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity for use with an optional stylus or even the Microsoft Surface Pen. Moreover, the device will support 4G LTE via an M.2 module for internet connectivity on the go. One-netbook has confirmed that the One Mix 3 will have a microSD card slot, a USB Type-C port, a USB 3.0 Type-A port, a micro HDMI port and a headphone jack too. Additionally, its keyboard will have backlit keys, a fingerprint scanner and a mute switch. Finally, the device will have a 360° Lenovo YOGA style hinge to allow it to be used as a tablet or a laptop.

One-netbook is currently testing the One Mix 3 in a closed beta and has not confirmed pricing. The company has stated that it plans to release the device in June but has not given a fixed release date either.
