Xiaomi releases new budget gaming monitor in more countries

Xiaomi has expanded the availability of the Gaming Monitor G25i 2026 to more countries. Announced in May, the 25-inch gaming monitor then reached Japan and Thailand in August. Now, the monitor has reached Europe while also landing in Malaysia and Singapore.
In short, the Gaming Monitor G25i 2026 surpasses the larger Gaming Monitor G27i 2026 (curr. $149 on Amazon) with a faster refresh rate. Nonetheless, the 240 Hz gaming monitor matches its 200 Hz counterpart with a 1080p native resolution, 1 ms GtG response times and 400 nits peak brightness, for which it is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified. Moreover, the IPS panel provides the Gaming Monitor G25i 2026 with AMD FreeSync Premium support and 93% DCI-P3 colour space coverage.
Xiaomi complements this 25-inch panel with a 3-sided narrow bezel, an ergonomic stand and a 75 x 75 mm VESA mounting system for using an alternate stand. On top of that, the company includes DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 ports. External audio devices can only be connected via a 3.5 mm jack, though.
Contrary to previous suggestions, the Gaming Monitor G25i 2026 has not reached the Eurozone for €180. Instead, Xiaomi has listed the gaming monitor in France and Spain for €149 (~$167). Similarly, the company charges £139 (~$184) for the same monitor in the UK. On top of that, the Gaming Monitor G25i 2026 retails for MYR 549, PLN 549 and SGD 179 (~$139) in Malaysia, Poland and Singapore, respectively. Please see Xiaomi's website for more details.
