BenQ introduces 55 and 75-inch collaborative displays with 8-core CPUs and 16 GB RAM

BenQ has revealed the CP05, intended to serve as a large display for office environments. To be more precise, the collaborative display will be available in 55-inch and 75-inch sizes and will be based on Android 15.

Both ADS panels will feature 4K resolution along with a claimed 95% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Moreover, the displays are also Pantone validated and support 50-point touch. BenQ also claims a peak 450 nits of brightness and a 1200:1 contrast ratio.

The displays feature an 8-core ARM CPU consisting of dual Cortex-A78 cores and 6 Cortex-A55 cores, as well as a Mali-G57 MC2 iGPU. Moreover, 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage are on offer, as is a 10 TOPS NPU for local AI.

The NPU allows for multiple AI-based functionalities, which BenQ calls SummarAI. Some of the advertised functionalities include transcript generation, meeting summaries, AI-powered intelligent framing, gesture controls, among others.

In fact, for usage in medical environments, the CP05 collaboration display also supports a DICOM mode for medical imaging. Other notable features include:

• Stylus support with a dedicated button for Gemini activation, launching SummarAI, and controlling slides
• AI-powered lasso search mode
• M-Book mode for better color performance when used with MacBooks
• E-paper mode with lower brightness for document reviews
• High detail mode with improved contrast levels
• A 50 MP 4K camera with voice tracking and intelligent framing, as mentioned earlier
• Audio output courtesy of dual 15 W speakers for the 55-inch variant and dual 25 W speakers as well as a 40 W subwoofer for the 75-inch variant
• Audio input courtesy of 8-mic array
• Support for NFC login as well as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

The I/O offer is pretty decent as well, consisting of:

• Dual USB 3.0 Type-A ports
• A single HDMI 2.0 port for input
• USB 3.0 Type-C port with 65 W power delivery
• Dual USB 2.0 Type-C ports
• 1G Ethernet, WiFi 6

The 55-inch variant is available at a price of a whopping $4,000 on BenQ's official website. The larger 75-inch variant is priced at $6,750 on the website.
