Deal | Epic Games Store: Surprise second free game now available, but only for a short time
Earlier today, Epic Games started its first free game giveaway of 2026. Available to claim until January 15, Bloons TD 6 maintains an Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam from over 200,0000 reviews.
Typically, Epic Games matches its PC game giveaway with an equivalent offering on Android and iOS. Thus, it seemed likely that Bloons TD 6 would be available to claim on mobile too. However, the storefront has offered a surprise to account holders by dropping a completely different game on mobile instead.
As the video above makes clear, this week's free game on Android and iOS is Bouncemasters. A casual arcade title that has received Overwhelmingly Positive ratings on Steam, Bouncemasters sees you hitting cartoon penguins as far as possible across several maps. Principally, variability lies in which bat you choose, with each bat having unique characteristics.
Timing also plays a part, with Bouncemasters rewarding gamers who time their penguin hit just right. According to Epic, this week's giveaway is worth $4.98 when redeemed together.
