The Epic Games Store has freshened up its game giveaway service with another two titles. Worth almost $30 combined, the new deal will go live later today and run until next Thursday.

Epic Games is in the process of updating its game giveaway service, details of which it announced last week. In recent weeks, the storefront has only been providing one free game per week, such as The Spirit and the Mouse or Bear and Breakfast. This Thursday marks the return of two free titles, which carry the following recommended system requirements:

Empyrion - Galactic Survival Outliver: Tribulation
Operating system Windows 11 Windows 10
Processor Quad-core 3 GHz or higher Intel Core i5 or equivalent
Graphics Card AMD Vega 56 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (min. 4 GB VRAM) 4 GB VRAM (DirectX 12)
RAM 16 GB 8 GB
Storage 15 GB 4 GB

For reference, Empyrion - Galactic Survival and Outliver: Tribulation typically sell for $19.99 and $7.99, respectively. As always, both these games will be free between today at 15:00 UTC and 14:59 UTC a week later on October 17.

Incidentally, Empyrion - Galactic Survival was ranked by IndieDB as one of the best indie games of the year when it debuted in 2016. Similarly, Outliver: Tribulation has received overall positive reviews on Steam. Please see Epic Games' Empyrion - Galactic Survival and Outliver: Tribulation store listings for more details.
