The Epic Games Store has started July 2026 with a new giveaway for mobile gamers. Available until July 9, Sophia the Traveler draws inspiration from Where's Wally? and Where's Waldo? with over 1,800 characters, 10 levels and numerous Easter Eggs.

The Epic Games Store has started a new month with a fresh set of free games for Windows gamers. Allegedy worth a combined $49.98 when not on sale, I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream and River City Girls 2 will remain available to claim for free until July 9. For context, the storefront has already revealed its plans for next week, too.

At the same time, it has decided to offer a different title to mobile gamers. Specifically, Epic Games is giving away Sophia the Traveler to Android and iOS gamers alike. A single-player title, Sophia the Traveler mimics the classic Where's Wally? and Where's Waldo franchise by having you search for Sophia as she travels across ten levels.

According to the game's developers, Sophia the Traveler contains around 1,800 characters and numerous Easter Eggs. For reference, the gamer maintains Mostly Positive reviews on Steam. One can claim Epic Games' new mobile giveaway either through its mobile stores on this instant checkout link when logged in via a browser. Please note that restrictions still apply for those hoping to play this week's giveaway on an iPhone or an iPad like the iPad mini 7 we reviewed in 2024 (curr. $489 on Amazon). Please see Epic Games' support page for more details.
