Lenovo officially reveals new small-sized Legion gaming tablet

Lenovo launched the Legion Y700 Gen 5 in China in March 2026, and it stands as a flagship gaming tablet powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The company is now getting ready to launch a different version of the tab, and previously, it was showcased at the G-Fusion Game Festival 2026 in China.
Soon after the surprise unveiling at the game event, Lenovo formally announced the tablet, and it's confirmed to be called the Legion Y700 Infinite in China. The company has also given another look at the design and gaming-focused aesthetics of the tablet in a new video.
A notable aspect confirmed in the video is that the upcoming small-sized Legion gaming tablet will feature RGB lights on the back. Specifically, there are three strips that surround the rear camera, and they are positioned right above the flash module.
The new video also gives a glimpse of the display, and while Lenovo is trying to show that the screen comes with thin bezels, they still appear relatively thick. While the company didn't confirm it yet, this Legion tablet is expected to sport an OLED display, but the size is still unknown.
It's set to be smaller than the Y700 Gen 5, which launched in the global market as the Legion Tab Gen 5 (curr. $699.99 on Lenovo). Lenovo has previously confirmed that the upcoming small-sized tablet will feature 5G connectivity, and it would be one of the major highlights. The company is expected to share more details soon.
