New Lenovo 5G tablet tipped with OLED display and up to 24GB RAM

The Lenovo Legion Y700 Infinite is set to launch in China in August 2026. The company previously revealed that the tablet will use an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which reaches a peak CPU frequency of 4.74 GHz.
Unlike the standard Lenovo Legion Y700 Gen 5, the upcoming Legion Y700 Infinite will support cellular connectivity, including dual-SIM standby and support for the N79 5G band. Now, a new leak has shed light on additional key specifications of the device.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Legion Y700 Infinite will feature an OLED display measuring approximately 8 inches. A teaser image has already shown that the device features a centered punch-hole cutout for the front-facing camera, similar to the Oppo Pad Mini.
The tablet is expected to be offered in four memory configurations: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, 24GB/512GB, and 24GB/1TB. The Legion Y700 Infinite will reportedly weigh approximately 310g, around 50g lighter than the Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 5 (curr. $699.99 on Lenovo US). Other leaked highlights include a 50MP rear camera and RGB lighting.
