Asus officially reveals launch date for tandem OLED tablet in India

Asus unveiled the Asus Pad (T3201) at Computex 2026. The company has now confirmed the tablet will launch in India on August 6 at 12 PM local time. The Asus Pad features a 12.2-inch panel with dual-stack tandem OLED technology. The panel has a resolution of 2,800 x 1,840 pixels, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and a 144Hz refresh rate.
The tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300, an octa-core chipset built on a 4nm process node. It features 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and comes in 128GB and 256GB storage options, expandable by up to 1TB via a microSD card (128GB Sandisk microSD card curr. $34.99 on Amazon).
The Asus Pad has a 13MP rear camera with autofocus and a 5MP front camera. It features a 9,000mAh battery and supports 45W charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 support. It also features four speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
The tablet comes in a Pure White finish. It measures 6.5mm thick and weighs 523 grams. Notably, the company has revealed that a protective case will be included in the box. Asus has not yet confirmed the tablet’s pricing for the Indian market.
