New Honor tablet heads for release in Malaysia

A previous leak suggested that Honor may be working on the Win Pad Mini with a compact OLED display and a flagship chipset. Although there is no update on that tablet, a separate Honor tablet has now been certified by multiple regulatory bodies.
Malaysia’s SIRIM database reveals that the new tablet will be called the Honor Pad 20 Pro and will carry the model number "MLA-W09". For context, the standard Honor Pad 20 was launched as a mid-range tablet in May 2026 in China. Furthermore, the Honor Pad 20 Pro has also appeared on the TÜV SÜD certification database, revealing support for 45W wired fast charging (Anker 45W charger curr. $29.99 on Amazon).
Other specifications and availability details about the tablet are still scarce. The standard Honor Pad 20 features a 12.1-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1,872 x 3,000 pixels. It comes with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and a 10,100mAh battery.
The Honor Pad 20 uses an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and an 8MP front camera. It launched in China at CNY 2,499 (~$369) for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In other news, a leak has revealed key specifications and the launch timeline for the Honor Robot Phone.
