Honor Robot Phone leak reveals high-end specs and launch month

Honor has showcased the Robot Phone multiple times, including at CES 2026, MWC 2026, and the Cannes Film Festival. The phone’s main highlight is its 3-axis gimbal camera. The brand has already confirmed that it will launch in Q3 2026, though specifications and the exact launch month are yet to be confirmed officially.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Honor Robot Phone will feature a display measuring around 6.3 to 6.4 inches and will support a "1.5K" resolution. The device is tipped to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a flagship chipset that also powers the Honor Magic 8 (curr. $648.32 on TradingShenzhen).
The leak points to a 200MP main camera with an f/1.6 aperture, a 23 mm focal length, and a gimbal stabilization system. The phone is also said to feature a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. The Honor Robot Phone may feature a battery capacity of around 6,000mAh.
The source hints that the Robot Phone may be priced on the higher side and launch in August 2026. The tipster also reveals that Honor may already be working on a follow-up model with a next-generation Snapdragon chipset based on a 2nm process node.
