Lenovo Idea Tab Malibu tablet leaked, design and color options shown

Lenovo could be working on another set of tablets following the Tab Plus Gen 2 and the Legion Y900. This time around, it’s the Idea Tab series, and the leaked images show two designs, as well as multiple color options. In terms of specifications, not much is available at this point.
The information comes from Digital Citizen, who claim to have obtained over 100 images of a Lenovo tablet codenamed Malibu. This is said to be a 10- or 11-inch class Idea Tab Malibu, and from the looks of it, these are not flagship-tier tablets. The report states there will be two models, the Idea Tab Malibu and the Idea Tab Malibu Plus/Pro, with the difference being the camera island design on the back, as well as some color options.
The standard tablet is said to come in Graphite Gray and Seafoam Blue colors. It has a single camera on the back, but the camera strip stretches across the length (or height) of the tablet. The front camera is in the center of the bezel in landscape mode. Speaking of bezels, they are quite thick and all around the tablet.
As for the Plus/ Pro variant, the only visual differences are the much smaller camera strip and the color options. There is an additional Citrus Yellow variant for a more playful finish. The report mentions that these are everyday tablets with either an LCD or a mid-tier OLED screen. From the sides, they look quite thin.
For now, that’s about all the design and spec information available about the Idea Tab Malibu. The pricing and availability are a mystery.
