One-Netbook has had a busy few months after presenting the OneXPlayer F1 Pro with a 144 Hz OLED display and an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 APU towards the end of last year (curr. $1,439.95 on Amazon). Having also refreshed the OneXPlayer X1 with the same APU, One-Netbook then turned to new form factors via the OneXPlayer G1 and the OneXSugar Sugar 1 in collaboration with Sugar Cubes.
While the latter has not yet reached Indiegogo, the former landed on One-Netbook's preferred crowdfunding platform in January. Having now issued the G1 detachable keyboard after 'unforeseen supply chain disruptions', One-Netbook has decided to bring the entire device to its OneXPlayer store.
For some reason, the company has elected against offering the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H variant that it sold via Indiegogo. Instead, the OneXPlayer G1 is now available directly with a choice between AMD's Ryzen 7 8840U and Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 APUs. Regardless of which APU you choose, the OneXPlayer G1 will come with the following other hardware highlights:
- 8.8-inch, 2.5K and 144 Hz IPS display
- 51.97 Wh (14,283 mAh) battery
- LPDDR5X-7500 RAM
- OcuLink and 2x USB4 ports
- Hall effect triggers and joysticks
Currently, the OneXPlayer G1 starts at $959 with a Ryzen 7 8840U, 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage discounted from $1,099. By contrast, Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and 64 GB of RAM options cost at least $1,319 and $1,519, respectively. Please see the OneXPlayer Store's product listing for more details.
