New Xiaomi power bank arrives globally with 45 W charging and three USB ports

Xiaomi has launched a new power bank globally, two months after its Chinese debut. Specifically, the company has added the Power Bank 20000 45W Boost (Integrated Cable) to its global website with a 20,000 mAh battery capacity. Incidentally, the same is the case for a higher-wattage 67 W alternative too, full details of which we have covered separately.
Despite the similar name, Xiaomi's new 45 W power bank differs from its 67 W counterpart in several areas. As its name suggests, the former peaks at 45 W wired charging. Nonetheless, Xiaomi claims that this is enough power to provide the Xiaomi 17 Ultra (curr. $1,216 on Amazon) with 42% charge in just 30 minutes.

Arguably, the 45 W features a more versatile port selection, with the 67 W containing an integrated USB Type-C cable followed by a pair of USB Type-A ports. By contrast, the new 45 W variant complements its integrated cable with USB Type-A and USB Type-C ports, with its peak output shared equally when all ports are in use simultaneously.
Xiaomi has not revealed pricing or a specific release date yet. With that said, the accessory's addition to its global website indicates that it should eventually be sold in all markets in which Xiaomi officially operates. Please see Xiaomi's website for more details about the Power Bank 20000 45W Boost (Integrated Cable).
