Just recently, the first evidence that Xiaomi was working on the Redmi Note 15 series emerged online. To recap, it seemed that 25080RABDC related to the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus as a direct successor to the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus that Xiaomi unveiled in China last September (curr. $377 on Amazon).
The model number alone indicated that Xiaomi hoped to present the Redmi Note 15 series in August, albeit only in its home market. Ultimately though, these model number dates only serve as a guide; to that end, the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus' model number suggested it would arrive in November 2024, not September of that same year.
Regardless, it looks like Xiaomi is developing the Redmi Note 15 Pro too with the model number '2510ERA8BC' for its Chinese release. Based on new evidence shared by XiaomiTime, Xiaomi is preparing to offer the Redmi Note 15 Pro with dedicated global, Indian and Thai variants as 2510ERA8BG, 2510ERA8BI and 2510ERA8BT, respectively.
Not only that, but it appears that Xiaomi has also created a Poco-branded version of the Redmi Note 15 Pro. As one image above shows, IMEI databases return results for 2510EPC8BG too, which shares the same root model number as the Redmi Note 15 Pro. However, the 'PC' here typically relates to Xiaomi's Poco division. Going off recent releases, it would seem that Xiaomi intends to offer the Poco X8 globally alongside the Redmi Note 15 Pro, just as it already does with their direct predecessors. Specifications for the two devices remain unknown at this stage, though.
